Accept – LGBTI Cyprus has officially filed a complaint regarding a serious act of homophobia, after the letters “LGBT” were burned on top of an Easter bonfire outside the Church of Saint George Havouzas in Limassol.

In a social media post, the organization stated:

“Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do.” (Luke 23:34)

Happy Easter — and with love (not the kind of “Christian” love shown in the image)!

And no, these aren’t just kids. These are future parents, our youth — a future that looks bleak.
