A flight from Edinburgh to Larnaca was forced to make an emergency landing at Macedonia Airport yesterday, after a foreign passenger refused to comply with instructions from the captain and crew. The passenger verbally assaulted a crew member and another passenger, disturbing order on board the aircraft.

The 38-year-old man was arrested by officers from the Police Department of Thessaloniki State Airport Security Directorate.
